Ladies, I need advice. So i'm 33 weeks
today and I have the most awful time
trying to sleep. Last night I started off
by lying on my right side... My arm went
numb and I turned to my left side... My
other arm went numb and so I propped my
head and shoulders up with like 4 pillows
(as if I was sleeping in a lazboy) and I
fell asleep for like 3 hours but then I
woke up with a terrible pain in my lower
back and my hips... Any sleeping
suggestions? i'm desperate...

I have the same thing - everything goes
numb!
So I sleep on my back with a pillow on
each side a bit under my tummy and
sometimes i'll slightly lean one way.
It's the only way i've been able to get a
decent sleep. I know it says not to lay
on your back - but if I can sleep this way
i'm going to do it!

I found it comfortable laying on your side
with a pillow in between your legs it may sound weird
but it worked for me.

I heard sleeping with the pillow under
your legs works great. Does that long
pillow really work though? I was
thinking of buying it but wasn't sure if I
was wasting my money or not.
