Can anyone help? I am a teen. My grandmother of whom I was very close to died about 4 years ago. Only the thing is I still haven't really come to terms with it.The thing is when she died I i ended up due to circumstances an awful amout of high school. Therefore I missed pretty much all of my religious education and therefore I don't really understand where she's gone.
I have a question I was wondering whether anyone out there could possibly help me with. This is: what does the bible/christianity say that heaven is like? What does it look like? (are there any descriptions) and what happens up there??
Also I hope this doesn't sound like a stupid question (only I just wondered because I missed such a lot of school) but do they give a good all-round general education in religion in high schools??
What sort of things about religion do they teach you in england?
Can anyone possibly help?????

I my self have not read the bible, and kinda dont care to. What you think of hevan is your own opinion. Maybe its this dark black place. Or maybe full of light. What really matters is that you can forgive yourself and try to move on. Things of the past stay there so you can revew and see what you did right and wrong. I really dont thing its for staying in. Both my grandparents died when I was 14. Then my uncle raised me untill he died when I was 18. I was lost, anrgy, and sad. I didnt know what to do. But then I reflected on all the good times me and my grandparenst and uncle had togeather and it made me feel a lot better. Thats all I can tell you. I dont know what god or heaven looks like. I dont want to know untill I die. But I will tell you this, I dont wanna die in a bed, I wanna go out doing something I love. Im sorry if this doesnt help, man.

Religion is bs in my opinion despite the fact that I went to a catholic school for both primary and secondary. I wouldn't worry too much about what u've missed as that can be picked up and gcse's are a doss anyways <3. As to your gran umm idk my grans dying atm which made me look at this thread idk how im gonna deal with it. Just tell yourself wherever she is she's happy and you'll see her again. Make her proud with what you do every day :d umm meh :d
