Q: Why Am I Constantly Eating Now?

All of a sudden I realized that i've been eating primarily high carb/grain products all the time.

So three weeks ago i've been limiting to a normal intake of carbs and I started eating a lot of the fruits and veggies i've been missing. The protien I kept the same since it was about what I should have been getting.

So whenever I just want to snack, I make sure to eat fruit or veggies.

But ever since i've started eating healthy, I eat non-stop. It's literally one thing right after another. I was never overweight to begin with so it's not that my stomach is stretched and needs to shrink.

For example, i'll have a bowl of oatmeal and maybe cereal, meat at dinner and veggies at dinner. Fruit for desert.

But it's not limited to that. Throught out the day i'll have a big salad, then half a bag of baby carrots, three packages of berries, including a big one of strawberries, an apple and an orange, more salad and more and more.

It's Ok
It sounds like you are just getting what you need. Your diet sounds healthy to me. I eat like that all the time, like 5 - 6 times a day with carbs, protein, fats (palm oil as salad dressing for e.G) and i'm healthy at 50kg, 5'4". Keep up the good work!
