Q: Tongue Question

My question is: the hairs (taste buds) on my tongue are coming off when I brush them. I am in good health. However, prior to this happening I was on antibiotics for a rootcanel I had. I am allergic to penicilin. I was taking euthromicin (not sure of spelling) at first and then my right throat gland started swelling and would not go down. Then the doctor prescribed a stronger antibiotics called clydomicine (not sure of spelling). They are coming off in blotchs. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? This has never happened to me, it looks weired and unnatural. Oh! Yeah the new tongue does not have hair (taste buds) on it.
