Q: Feeling Low

I feeling low today.
I am on ciprimal at 40 mg a day.
And I just feel that I wish I was dead.
Just need cheering up a bit I think..
Seen cp nurse but she did not seem to help very much..
What wrong with me I should not be feeling like this..

I know the feeling, try to do somethign relaxing and lose touch with reality and try to escape in your mind for awhile. I have found that deep relaxation away from the normal elements really help give me a boost!
