Q: a New Headache

I recently had the flu/cold that had been going around my place of work. I went to my doctor and he gave me antibotics, which helped some. Now I am having these terrible headaches that cause a throbbing pain in the back of my head. I sometimes have syptoms such as nausea, and lack of appetite. Sometimes my sense of taste is even off. I have had problems with sinus infections in the past, could this be the cause? Should I go back and see my doctor? Is this something to worry about? Help!!! Confused
