My boyfriend and I have been together for 8 years and he just started having the same problem for the first time. I ask my doctor about it and she said it does not sound like any STD more like an skin rash caused by irritation or possibly yeast infection. Also, I have a yeast infection and std check came back clean and we always have had unprotected sex. Just try vaseline before bed for a week and keep it clean thats what we are going to try now and if that does not make it better then try over the counter yeast infection meds and go to the doc if all fails.
