Q: More of Less?

So do you think it is better for a woman to orgasm more, or less?

From sex, masturbation, whatever... Which one would better promote healthy sexuality?

I have been thinking about it, say you masturbate every day and climax, would this in turn make it easier and quicker for you to climax? Or would it dull your senses and make it more difficult?

Just looking for opinions on how to best maximize my ability to orgasm during sex... Lol, I have never been able to as of yet... But I can clima within minutes alone.

as with anything sexual, I think personal preference is personal preference. Everyone will have a differing opinion. Do what you think is best for you. You can experiment with different ways.

Some women do not have vaginal orgasms and can only experience clitoral orgasms. Which is what it sounds like is happening with you. In which case, you might have to stimulate yourself while having sex to have an orgasm.

Good luck. Remember, sex is fun. Have fun!

I don't think the frequency of orgasms would effect how easy it is to physically achieve orgasm.
Maybe if you refrain from masturbation and sex for a while then when you do have sex you'll be really psyched up mentally and a little more physically. I don't know though, that's a personal thing, you might try it though. The worst that could happen is it won't work.
