- frequent yeast infections each month right when period is over.
- flakey/peeling skin on vaginal part when yeast infections occur.
- occasional vaginal stench.

Is this just a frequent vaginal yeast infection disease or a std?

Dear,

vaginal stench comes along side of a yeast infection in most cases but could also be dependent on what is in your diet.

I am not sure about the flaky/peeling skin on the vaginal part when the yeast infections occur but since you do have infections right after your period you should consult your doctor... Usually they prescribe diflucan because it is a fungus that does grow in dark moist places.

Yeast infections are natural... I am not sure if it could be caused by an std but regardless it is a much safer bet to bring your concerns to a phisician without holding back for too long...

If you need help or anything email me and keep us updated on progress. Thanks and good luck to you
