Q: Fluor Genitalis: what is mucous discharge I get before my pe

I suppose to get my period on monday 10/9 and every time before my period when i go pee and I wipe my self this mucus looking thing is on the paper....I want to know what it is?

The mucous you experience before your period is a kind of vaginal discharge (fluor genitalis). Genital fluor can originate from the ovarian tubes, uterus, cervix, vagina or vulva. You can go to a gynecologist for a vaginal examination, Pap-test and vaginal smear for microbiological examination to identify the origin of the fluid and the reason for its discharge.
