Q: Dizzy??? Really Need Your Opipion

Every now and then I get this sorda dizzy feeling where I go outta reality for like a second... And if im walking it feels like im going to fall forward... Do you think my heart could be stopping for like just a second and starting back, like could this be possible heart problems or something else.. I really just need your opipion it scares me and right now I cant afford to go to the doctor.

I used to do that quite a bit, and when I worked for some cardiologists one of them told me it was a sudden drop in blood pressure, and not to be alarmed about it. But since i've been pregnant I haven't had that problem, I have had alot of palpitations though! Call your dr if you feel concerned about it. Good luck
