Q: Mucinex For Sinus Infection?

I don't have health insurance, so i'm trying to not go to the doctor unless I absolutely have to. I get sinus infections often and I think i'm workin on a new one right now. My whole right side of my nose seems impacted and I can't breathe at all.

Of course I can't take over the counter pseudophedrine anymore. So i'm stuck with the pe stuff that doesn't work. Oh joy.

The pharmacist we spoke to tonight suggested taking extended tablets of mucinex. Has anyone tried this stuff? It's an expectorant? Does it work? Not work? Any suggestions on how I can freakin breathe again??

I'm dying here.
