Hello, i'm male, 25. 2 years ago I was 95kg, last 6 month I got down to 80kg. So i'm now just a little bit over weight. My height is 180cm
i run every 3-4 days, try to eat healthy food.
Recently I tested my blood and discovered that I have extremely high bad cholesterol (173) and very low good cholesterol (42) it says *high risk* in the chart.
I know this can have family factor. In fact, my father also had one heart attack.
Please tell me what should I do?
Because of this colesterol I will have coronary desease and/or other heart deseases - that's what i'm afraid of.
I am not taking any medication,and would do everything to continue so.
