I am on warfrin after dvt and a slight stroke. For the last year I have experienced blood in the stool and weaknes and fatigue, and had to have a blood tranfusion. This problem exists, and now my inr readings fluculate at present 4.6 should be 2-2.5. What treatment should have.

COUMADIN
I take coumadin regularly and have been taking it for years. i had been on a dosis of 5mgs a day plus one 5mg extra one once gosign a week and my results ran up to slightly over three (3.0). i dropped the extra pill and have been taking 5 mgs daily and my lab test a few day7s ago resulted in an inr reading of 1.30 which i understand is low. also, a couple of weeks ago i had an attack of gout and have been taking several extra medications for that altho my uric acid is still a bit high (9.o3 mg/dl). could these medications impact the inr readings?
