Hello !!

I have this pain under my knee, it hurts more when I walk on stairs, I went to a Dr. And he said this condition happens to any one but in the early stages from 8 to 13 old but I am 22 !!! Anyway I play alot of soccer and after I finish playing I feel the same pain under my knee and I asked him about it he said its ok to play soccer but I have to do more worm up and streching. Yesterday I did what he said to me and played soccer after the game I felt the same pain : /. Anyway I am doing physical therapy for my both knees with the same Dr.
So what do you think ?
