I haven't had it done but my cousin did (mentioned this in another thread). I don't know much about the recovery or cost, but she totally says it was worth it.

I am aware that rhinoplasty can be very costly, when I did it I paid over $1500 for it to be done. Then there was the added pressure that I needed a revision surgery since the first one did not go as well as i'd planned. So overall in costed over $3200 for it. I recently discovered some companies that are not insureers but provide discounts on the surgery, in some cases, like mine, I could have gotten my entire surgery free the first and second time.
