Hello my wife and I just finished our 4th cycle of ivf she is 37 im 32,i have a low sperm count and she underwent chemo therapy for breast cancer 6 years ago(tumor was estrogen recepter negative, well my question is we got a positve on our hpt,and then we went in for the blood test to the clinic, her beta reading was prog 25.4 and hcg50.2,they said levels were normal for that time she tested 4 days earlier than she should have because of the positive on the hpt,she went back on monday and her reading of hcg had only moved to 60 I guess it should double every 48 hrs which hers did not,she has to go in fri for another test but they told her it is surley not a viable pregnancy is this true? Because she still has no spotting at all and still shows positive on the hpt,im very depressed as well as confused
thank you for your time

I would wait until friday and let her retest. If the numbers have not doubled or moved then anything is possible. I wish you luck and hope that everything goes your way
