This afternoon I woke up from a nap and noticed that my sternum was bothering me. Its not a constant pain (but a pain you can always tell is there even if its not hurting at the moment). It hurts when I turn side to side and when I apply any pressure to it. It also hurts to laugh.
Breathing doesn't affect it.
I vaguely recall turning awkwardly in my sleep and having pain in my sternum, but I don't know if that was the cause or me first feeling it.
Is it possible to have twisted awkwardly and strained a muscle there somehow?
