I have actually suffered the same thing especially the lying down dizziness - I mean what is with that?

Apparently it's to do with your inner ear and the fluid surrounding it. Go to your doctor and explain your symptoms - you may have an infection of the inner ear that can be cleared up with antibiotics or they may give you special 'ear' exercises to put the fluid back in it's correct place!! Sounds weird, but it does work!

Good luck with it.

Im not sure what you are suffering from but im sure it's annoying and not pleasant for you. I agree with blinkybill a doctor should be notified.

Do you have any other symptons as well? I had that start a few years ago and come to find out for me it was stress and anxiety. I had other symtpons though like tight chest, neck aches, etc. Let me know. I am guessing you may just have the same thing or an inner ear infection or something.

I get all of what you have mentioned but only fo the last week. Do you also feel like your head is so heavy you can hardly hold it up? My face goes hot too and I feel like I am in a dream. I am so worried I am going to pass out, I never have but sometimes I think I am soooo close to doing so.

Any tips to get passed it?

Never had any ear problems ever, so I know it is not that.

I have started breathing through my nose only and this has helped but it makes my chest sort cause I am not used to breathing like this. So illiminate one problem and get another
