I have been having problems with my shoulders for a couple of years now.. But I can't seem to find any information on it on the internet. Basically everytime I move my arms I get loud crackign and poppping sounds from my shoulders.

I do weight which makes it worse. When I left even every light weight like 3- 5 lbs other people can clearly hear the craking and pooping. It sounds like something is being popped our or something is rubbing. I get alot of shoulder pain.

I know I should see my doc but I don't want her to think I am imagining it.
