The best way I can describe it is one of the veins in my penis has become "knotted" almost. It doesn't seem to stretch like the others and has tightened, I guess. It is sometimes painful to touch, particularly during sex and masturbation. Urination is not painful, nor is there any blood or discharge. What does my condition sound like? Will it get better over time or will I have to see a doctor? If I choose not to see a doctor, will it get worse over time? What is the standard procedure for fixing this situation?
