Hi there

each evening when I get warm I start itching on my back. There is no rash and it just gets worse when I go to bed.
This has been with me for about two years now. I have alergy tests, blood tests and various other tests with no prognosis.

Has anyone got any ideas please.

Itchy back Ideas
It wasn't until my NMCT (or neuromuscular massage therapist) was able to roll my skin did I feel relief from "itchy back" hahahah. Sorry I am laughing at the whole thing! I used to take a corner of my house and itch my back with it until I got my skin rolled.

It was explained to me that the fascia in you skin... all the stuff between your muscles and skin was "tight" lacked circulation and was "starving" to have the toxins removed. As heat or when your body gets warm the circulation increases. If your body is cramped in some areas toxins are not removed but build up. So if you can reach your back or have someone in your house grab your back skin and roll it between their fingers or grab and lightly pull while massaging the areas you have had "rolled" will get more circulation and become less or no more itchy. Another idea is to take a hot epsom salt bath. The bath will leach the toxins out of you..... or you can do both things and feel so much better!
