Two Completely Diff Q' Posted: 10-01-06 14:31pm
Q1 - I got a hand-me-down change table and
I was woundering what I should clean it
with that wont harm the baby?
Q2 - for the past two days my left nipple
has been sore to the slightest touch, is
this normal? Just one nipple and not the
other? It's also been really stiff like
as if it was cold out but it isnt cold...

I know i'm late with this...But oh
well...
You can clean it with "clorox anywhere
sanatizing spray" or clorox with bleach.
Anythings safe as long as it's dry when
the baby comes.
The nipple thing, you're 35 weeks and your
boobs will prob leak milk if you squeeze
them. Mine would get hard right before
they would leak when I was pregnant.
Ask your doctor about it if it's
uncomfortable...Could be something else ya
know?

I got mastitis in my left breast and it
kills me but then again I am not sure if
you can get it before you deliver. It
may be just after you deliver and you milk
comes in.
I got a changing table off the side of the
road......I cleaned it with bleach and
then refinished it. I am sure something
with clorox in it will suffice.....I woudl
just get someone else to do it the fumes
aren't too good for you.

Just try not to breath in the fumes and
you should be ok.

We threw out our fridge after .Rita hit
us. Our city was completely shut down, no
one allowed in at all, so it was 1 1/2
weeks before we finally got back. That's
a new kind of funk. We had all sorts of
mold growing too. We couldn't sleep in
our house for another week until the mold
was cleaned up.
And our good-for-nothing landlord
evacuated out of state, so we couldn't get
.F.E.M.A to put a blue tarp on our damaged
roof, since we legally couldn't sign the
"right to enter" form for them to come on
the property. Thank .God it didn't rain
until we finally got something up there!
I'm so thankful this hurricane season was
kind to .Louisiana. I don't think I could
have handled another bad one.
