Q: Ultrasound Effectiveness

If you were to have a mammogram come back abnormal, twice, and the radiologist ordered an ultrasound to determine the area in question, would the results be trustworthy enough if they came back after the ultrasound and said that it was fine, and no form of a biopsy is needed?
