Hi everyone, thought I would pass on the info since it helped me. My baby was breech and I have afraid of a c-section, so I really wanted her to turn. I called my prental instructor from growing baby and she told me to get on my hands and kness and rock back and forth. I did this three times a day for 2 days and she turned!

I have heard this before, but I wasn't sure. It worked for my cousing and my co-worker. Thought i'd let ya know in case anyone here has a breech baby. I know this is only the first trimester forum, but I was so excited that my baby turned, I wanted to share the news and the good tip. My prenatal classes were so helpful, I recommend it!!!!! There is so much to know and we practiced relaxation techniques and breathing, we had videos, which were helpful for my hubby. He feels more relaxed too.
