I gained 30lbs when I was on depo-shot. I am not sure if the weight gain was contributed from the shot or a direct reflection of eating poorly. Everywhere I read about the depo shot, I do find that somone has a major complaint about sever weight gain. I am getting back on birth control on tuesday oct. 3rd and need some advice.
I have tried everything: iud, nuvaring, shots, bc pills and patch.
I was re-thinking going back on the shot, but it took me a year to loose the weight. I've heared that some pills cause weight gain as well. Does anyone have some suggestions on a birth control pill that has a lower weight gain side effect?
Any information will be help. Thanks!
