Q: Bad Back Pains

Since around january I been getting bad back aches and its recently got really sore on lower back it hurts just to touch it and it hurts just to stand str8 I was feeling it yest2day and noticed that on my lower back it sticks out a lil and just above buttock a bone sticks out and I just stroked along it to feel and I was crying through pain

any idea whats up with it
