I'm not able at this time to give you a prognosis for your condition, nor do I know th success rate for its treatment. For this question, you will need an expert opinion from an orthopedist! You might try calling your surgeon's office and talking to a medical professional there, or leave a message to speak with the surgeon directly. You are right to want to know more about a procedure before submitting to any type of treatment. Self-education enables us to make wise decisions for ourselves!
