Hi ladies! I am a 37 yr old female. I had a partial hysterectomy 7 yrs ago. They left my tubes and ovaries. For about the past month, I have had gradual weight gain, even though i've been dieting and about a week ago, I started looking like I was 4-5 months along. My stomach isn't going down at all. All of the weight gain is in my abdomen and in my breast. About 1-2 weeks ago, my breast started hurting and have gotton much bigger. They are very tender and they have gotten very veiny. A couple of days ago, I had clear liquid coming out of them. I have read all of the posts about pregnancy after a partial hysterectomy and researched on the internet. It seems pretty amazing! I went to the doctor yesterday, and she wants an abdominal and pelvic sonogram done. I think it has freaked her out too. I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet, but from what I have read on here, it probably wouldn't show if I was. Are there any other conditions that can cause the same symptoms as pregnancy?

I am affraid that there are chances that you got pregnant but would probably have to determine the pregnancy because it would not be in the uterus where all the fetuses grow but it could develop inside the fallopian tubes. This is very dangerous and it needs to be removed.

Have you had a home pregnancy test done? If this is not pregnancy, the symptoms should be checked anyway to rule out other disorders.

You will know soon after the ultrasound. Your hormonal levels may be delining and all the weight gain could be because of that.

I hope everything turns out just fine. I read into similar posts on the site, you may find them uselful.
