My husband contracted pneumonia while we were in laos in april this year. We had to wait about 5 days to get medical attention (in vietnam and then air ambulance to bangkok). A week after when we got home he had to go back to hospital with pleursy. It is now october and he is still having problems breathing and he runs out of energy very quickly. He is 49 and was in very good health before we left (exercised with weights 4 days a week). He also breaks out in sweats and turns a little yellow around the eyes. All his test results have told us is that it is not asthma related - but he asked for ventolin for the nebuliser which seems to help a bit and when he takes panadol forte it seems to relax his chest muscles
