Q: What to Expect When Quiting the Pill

Hello~i've been on the birth control pill allese for about 5 years and decided it would be better for my health if I quit taking it. I quit at the end of my last pack and have been off for about 3 weeks now and in the past few days I have noticed a really thick stretchy clear mucus, is this ok or something to worry about? I would also like to know what to anticipate as far as moods, cramps, and periods. Any info would be helpful~thanks
