Hi, I had a colposcopy done over 2 weeks ago and had the usual spotting after the procedure. Have had watery discharge (sorry !) since then with no smell. I began bleeding a few days ago, very like a period, accompanied by cramps, spots, the usual symptoms. My concern is that if this is my period it's early (still taking my pill) and it's lasting longer than usual. It's been four days now and the blood is still bright red but a light flow. Has anyone experienced this and will it last long, i've read that bleeding can last 6 weeks !!! I'm so sick of wearing pads and worrying if i'm healing properly. Thanks.

Colposcopy
Hi, i had a colposcopy with biopsy 5 days ago, the pain was horrific, it really hurt, i was ok for the rest of that day just a little tender. For every day since ive been in agony, cant eat, can hardly walk, get shootin pains when i sit or stand couldnt got to the toilet, everytime i relaxed to do either i got sharp stabbing pains, but couldnt poo at all. The doc gave me pain meds and lactulose. I finally opened my bowels today, day 5, it was awful pain, but i felt 100 times better for about 4 hours, but now im in agony again. Did anyone else find this? Please help!!
