The last few months it seems as if im not getting enough air, when really I am, as im not dizzy or dead....I always feel like I need to yawn or take a deep breath, when sometimes, it just dont happen. Its like something dosent open to let the air in. I've had this before years ago it just went away, but this time is seems like its gonna stay. It also seems more aggravating when im thinking about it. It dose not seem any worse when im working or excersizing. It actually seems worse when im doing nothing...

Trouble Taking a Breath
I had trouble taking a deep for about five months. I finally went to a knowledgable massage therapist who released my intercostals (the muscles between the ribs.) I haven't had a problem since. Not every massage therapist knows how to do this; you have to ask around.
