Is it normal to cramp while you are pregnant?

Of course ! Your uterus is growing, stretching, pulling and contracting....

As long as there is no bleeding along with the cramping, it should be fine. If you are still worried just ask your doctor.

I did during my first trimester. It freaked me out but then I was told that it was fine as long as its not severe and if your not bleeding with it.

I just now started back cramping again and im 22 wks thursday!! So its "okay" to cramp to some extent

It's just your ligaments. You can spot a little too but no heavy bleeding. Even if you spot though, call and notify your doc so he/she can monitor it. I cramped and spotted the first 2 months and i'm now 18 weeks. I had stopped but have started cramping a little again the past week and was told it was my uterus and ligaments stretching. You're more than likely fine.

how far along are you? Cramping is quite common at any time during pregnancy. As long as it isn't very painful along with bleeding. If it is too worrisome, mention it to your doctor at your next appointment.
