I call that thing a snot-sucker-upper. I know it's an aspirator but I like mine better. Other names for things (maybe not funny but definitely stupid) are

bawbee - bottle
bumrags - wipes
binky - pacifier
drinky-doo - formula
weepy peep - tinkle or *ahem* where tinkle comes from
schnooker - booger
schleepy weepy - sleepsuit

it's hard to believe now that I actually have a degree in linguistics. Laughing

As I said before the bugger sucker is known as a swueegee in our home.

Nappie - sleep suite
lovie - pacifier
wet-wets - wet diaper
stinkies - well you can guess
tooters - farting/passing gass
bankie - blanket

and my favorite papoose = .Amelia

Well, we have a few names for things:

poot = fart
paci = pacifier
tinkles = self-explanatory
poopies = self-explanatory

and we say "bits" after everything. Like, if she's whining we'll say she's "fussy-bits". Or "stinky-bits" if she needs to be changed.

And her official nickname (besides .Aly) around our house is "little".

Farkle=fart or toot.
I am surprised that our kids ever grew up ever knowing their names, they were either little poops or little love bugs and of course little angels.
