My boyfriend has acne. It doesn't even bother me, but I know it really gets to him. He has had it for about 4 years. He has tired different things here and there, and it doesn't seem to help him. I am afraid they will leave bad scars on his face. If he sees it he pops it and I know that is bad for your skin. Help us before it gets worse!

I agree about proactiv though.. I went through lots of prescriptions. Even went on accutane which cleared me up for up to 6 months afterwards, but then it came back. I used proactiv and it really got it under control. I won't go as far as to say it will clear his face 100%, but not much will if you have bad acne.

Extremely eHealthy
Yeah, I use generic proactiv. It is called klear action. It is a lot cheaper and has the same exact ingredients. It works very well for me and I have also tried a lot of different things. But, he could also ask his doctor about different treatments. Everyone is different and something that did not work for someone else may work for him. Good luck.
