I am 22 and for the past couple years I have always had little spouts where I would feel weak and almost as if I was going to faint. Recently (the past 2 weeks) ive had some shortness of breath where its difficult for me to breathe easily and the past 4 or 5 days ive had aching in both of my arms/shoulders. Its just a constant dull achey pain along with some slight chest discomfort off and on. Had blood test/ct scan/ekg done and all were fine. I still fear that I am having a heart attack. Does anyone else experience these symptoms or are they even anxiety/stress related?

Sounds like anxiety to me - they are all my symptoms to a tee when I am feeling anxious. Most of the time I feel anxious because of the physical symptoms - aching, chest discomfort, dizzyness etc
