Q: Abdominal Pain - Infection?

Hi all.
A week ago the tip of a condom was lost inside of me during sex. I didn't realise (don't ask!) so, to my suprise, it came out a few days later.
Since, though, i've suffered from some minor abdominal pain and a distinct feeling of nausea.

I realise its too early for any pregnancy tests...
But could I possibly have developed an infection from the time the condom was in me? And, in any case, should I visit the doctor about this?

Thanks much,
