If I understand vasectamy correctly, you
two can't have children, right? Which
would mean you don't plan on having
children.
If that's the case, I know of an extreme
measure you could look at. For a while my
mom was looking at endometrial ablation
[currently I am too,] which is basically
the removal of the uteral lining. It
almost always permanently stops your
period, but there are some problems.
1] if you decide to go through with it,
you won't be able to have children.
2] it's a fairly risky procedure depending
on the methodology.
3] there aren't many doctors with a lot of
experience in this field.
As I said before, it's a really extreme
measure and might not be what you are
looking for [especially since I don't know
when you and your husband are going to
execute these big plans.] however it might
interest you to know that later in life it
can be an effective alternative to
hysterectomy.
