It takes a while....Just be really careful when you wash down there as you don't want t hem to come loose. It shouldn't be too much longer though!!!

I know it sucks...But time = healing!!!

Crazy question: have you pooped yet?

Get some of that big salt (i'm not sure what it is called and take a bath in that afew times a day and it will get better and heal faster. It is that kind of salt that you make icecream with from home. Anyways it works, my friend had really bad problems with hers and she started using the salt and it made hers alot better. Just soak in it for a hour or so.

have you gone to your doctor? You might give them a call. There may be more going on that just stitches the stitches may have become infected - and I know that is a major pain!

Hope you feel better soon!

Something else you might want to try is witchhazel pads, like .Tucks. I had quite a few stitches and was very sore until I started using them. I would use the squirt bottle with warm water to rinse off (the warm water feels gooooood on sore female bits!), pat dry with tissue, and then gently wipe with a few .Tucks pads. I healed much faster once I started using them, and the tenderness faded more quickly as well.

i agree 100%. That is exactly what .I did. I had a grade 3 or level 3 (whatever they call it) episiotomy so .I was sore for quite awhile but the warm water squirt bottle and witchhazel pads really helped. Hope you feel better!
