Alright wow. It has been a long long long time since ive been to this site.... Anywho I have a question. I used to have acne and then I went on accutane which it cleared up except for the red marks and I have crappy pores!!!! I am a guy yes but I use a primer and makeup to cover up the pores. However I would like to stop... But I just cant look in the mirror as my pores are huge and disgust me!! Is there any treatments or products I can try???

Here is what I have tried so far:
biore astringent- didnt do much at all
neutrogena pore minimizing astringent- again next to nothing
rubbing alcohol- I think it made them worse

so that is where I am at. Does anyone have any ideas?? Maybe mine are just scarred and nothing can heal them unless I get surgery Sad .

I don't think it is best for you to put on make-up. It may irritate your skin more.

I'm not sure if it will help - but it did me good to use some of those nivea cream after I wash and tone my face. Nivea is quite mild and it takes away the dryness. I'm not sure if there's any scientific validation on it but it actually clears up my skin and leave it really smooth.

Hmm thanks. Well if I dont wear makeup and primer my skin looks terrible so I have to wear it lol. I took an 8 day break though and just put it on today!! I use coverfx and it is meant for acne prone skin so its all good. But thanks for the tip. I have never heard of that stuff before.
