What sort of tightness? Is it sharp? Comes and goes? Are you in a lot of stress lately? How young are you? How is your heartbeat?

If you are really worried, you better see the doctor.

Probably it is just a stress disorder. I had a similar experience not so long ago. I had an echo, ecg and something else that I can't remember right now. My doctor just gave me some medicine for the pain and like a calming agent for a month. It's not addictive and it really helped me thru difficult times.

I hope you feel better soon.
