I am a regular masterbator that has been masterbating since about 12 and now I am 17, since last week whenever I try to masterbate I get migraines I am desperately seeking advice, as I do not know what to do? Is this the end of masterbating for me? Because it has been a regular thing for years and I may be hooked on to it

If anyone can help me or suggest some advice plz do, I took a day off my regular routine, yet I still get migraines when trying to masterbate, could masterbating cause neural damage?

Migrain Is Normal ...
I do know what do u exactly mean, when you do that your body need urgent feeling and talking with a girl that like and want to feel like you, if you satisfy the huge needs that has been made from masturbation to your mind your problem will be solved, depending on how you make this relation and how you feel that guy.
The only way to solve masturbation problems is regular and natural relations

Masturbation cannot cause neural damage. It is a proven fact that masturbating does not cause dammage of any sort.

There's No Damage
There is no damage but it will directly cause drop in serotonin level (feeling good nerotransmitter) low level of that hormone will cause aggressive behavior and also because of changing the level of serotonin in some cases may cause improvement in migrains.
