Does medicine like advil cold & sinus, tylenol cold.... Any type of drugstore cold medicine... Effect birth control? Will taking things like this make it less effective?

Also... How about suplements or meal replacments such as slim fast... Does anyone know if that has an effect on birth control as well?

No, those won't have any reaction with the birth control. The only thing that may lessen the effects of birth control would be saint john's wort and antibiotics. But you can take advil, motrin, tylenol, cold medicine, meal replacements, etc, with no adverse effect.
