Ok... So I am about 35 weeks pregnant.. I have been having a clearish yellowish discharge for weeks now.. The discharge kinda reminds me of snot! I have told my doctor/midwife about this issue and they say that its normal.. However everyone I talked to says it could and sounds like it is my mucous plug! Today I started light spotting! Nothing to much but when I go to the bathroom there is small about of blood on the toliet paper.. I have been having cramping and loose bm all day! Is this something to be concerned about or should I just keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't get any worse. I told my mom about the spotting and she said that I should just keep and eye on it!

Maybe I am just to worried..Thanks for listening

No, I think spotting is something you should definitely mention to your midwife or doctor. I don't imagine it's anything to worry about though - it most likely is just your mucus plug; you are nearly full term now. However, it can be a sign of complications so I think it's worth getting it looked at.

Best of luck.

That is just the thing... Its only when I wipe there is no sign of it any time else! I will mentioni it to my midwife when I go to my apointment on thursday or do you think it is to long to wait? I almost don't feel comfortable talking to my midwife because she seems to right everything I tell her off.. Then when I come home and do research on my own I get more worked up because I don't know what to believe! I wanna believe the doctor but how many times are doctors wrong! Thanks for your advise as I will inform her of this happening..
