Ok.... I've had a sexual problem for about 3 months now. This is what happens to me:

i have a very low sex drive, (except with porn, but i'll get to it later),

my erections aren't very hard (during the painful times, which i'll explain)

and I have a slight burning feeling when I piss or ejaculate.

Ok, I went to the general doctor for this, and this is what he told me to take:
zinc,
vitamin e,
he gave me ciprofloxacin (500 mg) 10 pills (possibly infection? Maybe I need more of this stuff?)
he also told me to take dhea, which is supposed to produce testosterone in your body.

Ok, I started with this on a friday, taking the cipro, zinc, and vitamin e, and then I started the dhea on the following monday..... By tuesday, I no longer had burning feeling in my penis, my sex drive was high, and my erections were great..... I was extremely hard even when I didn't flex my pc muscle.....

It all went bad by thursday.... The burning sensation was back, and all the other stuff that came with it as well.....

Does anybody have any idea what could possibly be wrong with me? Should I go see a specialist? If so which one? Is it possible the pain is the reason why i'm not horny? It seems too coinidential that the pain goes and the hornyness comes at the same time.....

Explanation of the porn: ok, even with the pain, I can still get a hard on, but I need constant stimulation, or I lose my erection..... Also, even with the porn, i'm not very horny to begin with, but I can still ejaculate, but it hurts, and it is not very pleasurable.....

Explanation of the pain: the head of the penis is where it hurts the most.. I also have slight difficulty getting the piss out... I have to push it out... It seems like it hurts the most like inside the head, but I get the whole burning sensation through out the inside of the shaft. It would seem to me that this pain is not too troublesome, but when it stops, I get horny, so I think that the two problems can be solved just by stopping this burning sensation.....

Edit: I should also note that my head has spots where it is pale purplish...On the left bottom of my head, nealry half of that hemisphere is pale purple, almost looks like a bruise, but isn't (not the usual lightish pinkish, btw)

i know this is a long post, but somebody please answer something......

Interesting...
I had similar symptoms when I first discovered that it was numb. The 'orgasm' was a burning sensation, and for several times afterwards it burned to pee. But I never went to a doctor about it, which means that it's probably permenant now.
And yes, I can relate to the porn thing, as well. I never looked at it until my sex drive took a nosedive, and now I pretty much need it.
You're right, it does sound like an infection, but more than that I can't say. I'm too cowardly to get to a doctor myself, so i'll be very interested to see what becomes of this. Good luck.

You have prostate problems... prostate massage
Your symptoms sound like the problem originates from the prostate. There's a helpful self massager device called the Pro-State.
