Hey stan, buddy, ok its been over 4 months man and I have some really good feeling days and I overall feel pretty durn good, but im real real tired man. I feel like sleeping all day and I cant shake it. Showers dont work nothing works, I think I need to go up on my carbs but im eating so much already. I eat a butternut squash a day just about. Im gonna do a search on higher carb vegies, cause their has to be a vegie with more than 8g per 1/2 cup I mean I eat bout 6 times a day that means I need to eat about 5 cups a day!!! Thats so much squash everyday its rediculous. And im still tired.

You know im thinking that maybe the reason im so tired is im overdoing it. I eat over 20g of protein per meal, I eat every 2 1/2 hours. I do a big spoonful of olive oil and then about 10-12 nuts or so and then 1/8 a butternut squash, followed by lettuce and washed down with water. I have yet to incorporate berries as they scare me, but maybe I need to give em a go.. I dunno.

Holy crap dude, way too much! You should be getting no more than around 10g of protein (excluding vegetables but including meat) for each meal! You're putting too much ammonia in your system from the overdose of protein. 20g would be if you were working out like every day, which I assume you're not. That's way too much. Keep the carbs around 100g and the protein around 80g for the entire day. I assume you're not measuring anything out?

Cut the olive oil back to 1/2 a tablespoon as well, it may be speeding up your metabolism too much.

Okay, keep trying that and let me know what happens. Try to measure and make sure you know how much you're eating per day, don't just eat and say screw it.

I know when I first started out I would be very tired. I noticed that when I eat to many carbs ot starchy foods is when it hits me. You definitely wanna keep your carbs at 100g. I also eat alot of meat but I dont get tired. Then again I work out every day. But keep your head up man you'll get it.

Yeah, definitely, if you're not working out it's going to be pretty taxing on your body to have all that protein in it. Cut back and let us know what happens.

So far so good. It feels like I dont even need to get 100g of carbs I eat right now about ohhh 8-9 g per meal, but I do snack a lil bit on almonds so that should be about right. Ill let you guys know in a week or so how its going.
