Kayla, what have you been doing lately? Have you gone to a doctor or spoken to a family member you trust to help and understand you?
I'm going back to my therapy today. Some weeks ago I got so anxious that I called my therapist and asked her to go back on this. Today i'm feeling nervous. At least I don't have classes. Being at the university sometimes kills my nerves, I get so frustrated.
But try to empty your head, sweep all those thoughts. Do you have a hobbie or something like that, that could help you use your time and thinking of other things? As some people already know, I like making beads necklaces and things, drawing, reading.. What about you?
