Q: Painful Sex - Feels Like I Have to Urinate!

It's always been too painful for me to have sex.

I would be able to, but only a few thrusts and then the pain would be too much and we would have to stop. It would feel like I had to urinate...I'd go to sit on the toilet, and not a drop would come out...Yet it would feel like I had to pee. (did the thrusting somehow irritate my bladder?)

lubrication is not a problem as I get very wet. If I put my finger inside my vagina, immediately, towards the front it feels like there is this spot, about the size of a large marble. I don't know if this is just me, or if every woman's vagina is like this. I can kind of crook my finger around it to enter to the rest of my vagina. This is the spot that hurts for me, either stroking it or pushing on it. Is this normal?

I have a gyno appointment in the next few days...I want to make the best use of the time I have there and be very prepared...The waiting list to get into the gyno clinic is months...

I'd appreciate it if anybody can help me with questions I can ask.

Hmm

Well i've heard that the sensation of peeing while having sex is supposed to feel really good.. It happens to me all the time, and I quite enjoy it.. So im not too sure why it would be painful for you!

It could be a lot of things sweetie! First of all, I dont know how the sensation of having to pee could feel good as it hurts me! But anyway, your bladder could be abnormally close to your cervix. Your uterus could be "tipped" this is very common and can be very painful. You on top should make it hurt less, but everyone is different. Or you could have a cyst or something. Definately try to get into the gyno to rule out anything serious. They can tell you if your uterus is tipped or if your bladder is close to your cervix. If it is the latter, this really sucks. I have this, and sex can be a real pain in the ass. As soon as I start to have intercourse I feel like I have to pee and I cannot enjoy myself. Eventually, I have to stop and go pee even though it is just a drop or two, then we have to try to get back into it again.

I have had two vertically cut c-sections. The last one was 17 years ago this month. I recently changed doctors and last year for my annual she told me that my cervix was hard to get to. No other doctor had told me this (i wouldn't doubt its been like this. my last doctor was not good). My uterus is probably stuck to my scar tissue pushing on my bladder. I enjoy being on all fours during sex and now it always feels like I will (and sometimes do) pee. Are there any exercises or medical procedures that might help?

Or your bladder has dropped from weakening muscles..This would also affect your urethra...Try doing kegal exercises...They should help...Do them when you are just sitting and relaxing...They do help...

Well...

Let me put it this way...back in the day when I first got with my husband, whenever we would have sex and it was getting really good, I felt the sensation like I had to pee. When I got to the restroom, I couldn't pee. After a few times of doing that, when I did it again, my husband said just pee then. I didn't have to pee. It was the onset of an outstanding orgasm that I wasn't even ready for. From now on, I make sure I pee first and when I get that sensation, I just brace myself for one hell of a ride. Happy Orgasms!

feeling like i have to pee during sex

i have had a sexual problem before in my life until now. i met my boyfriend six months ago and we are both very sexual, and we started having a lot of violent sex. I then got sick and was put on antibiotics which gave me a yeast infection. Since then i have been on diflucan for 2 weeks and i tried having sex again and it still feels raw and that i have to pee. i am never horny anymore and hate sex because i do not enjoy it. i am attracted to my boyfriend but he doesnt make me go wow. he has a huge penis so i am not sure if that has something to do with it. but sex was my MO and now i do not know what to do. I went to the GYN no yeast infection bacterial infection bladder infection or STD's
I do not know how to fix this problem
please someone give me good advise i really need help
it makes me so depressed that sex hurts and i feel like i have to pee...so i never enjoy it

and i do pee before so thats not it either
