I think I normally ovulate around the middle of the month. But I think this month I ovulated the 10th day of my cycle. Is it possible??

It is impossible to have a 20 day luteal phase.

Is it? Because on here I hear alot of women saying they ovulate at all different times of the month sometimes they can get pregnant during there period, which I do find bizarre. I've never heard anyone say its impossible to ovualate on the 10th day of her cycle

yes ovulation can happen at anytime but you had a regular previosu cycle meaning that there is very little chance you ovulated that early with a 30 day cycle. Your luteal phase stays fairly consistant . If you would have had a shorter cycle then I would understand. The average luteal phase is 14 days give or take a few . It is impossible to have a luteal that long because your lining would not be able to sustain a pregnancy simply because its too old.

Emma2,
My apologies if this offends you.

angellaura_81,
it is very possible that you were ovulating the 10th of the month. My cycle is 32 days long and the 14th day is just a statistic I can ovulate as early as day 8. Read the book called "Taking Charge of your fertility" By: Toni Weschler, you will be amazed by the answers you get! it is very helpful believe me you will never use another ovulation kit or pregnancy test in your life.
